Dr. Keifert's two-video series, Worship and Evangelism for Shy Christians, helps members of congregations, even shy members, understand how they can welcome visitors and others to their congregations. The series of tapes gives the biblical and theological basis for understanding our congregations as the house of the Lord in which we are all dependent upon the hospitality of God.

These two tapes explain how even though most congregations think of themselves as friendly and welcoming, most visitors and many members experience them as unwelcoming, because they use the family model for worship. The tapes go on to provide very practical, down-to-earth advice for changing the perception and behavior of the congregation so that it becomes more hospitable.
