Consultancy, Ministry and Mission
Consultancy, Ministry and Mission shows that work consultancy for ministry and mission (not to be confused with "management consultancy") is a good investment: it improves the performance of practitioners, churches and organizations out of all proportion to its cost in time and money. It helps individuals and groups to think about practice and mission and to see how to do things that may have previously stumped them. Yet little is written about this much needed and scarce resource which is essential to the new work culture that is emerging in Church an society.
It is recommended reading for all Church Innovations consultants.
