representative of a judicatory or other mid-level governing body

or as a

member of a congregation's staff or lay leadership.

After clicking on the appropriate choice you will see the registration page. Once there please choose from one of the four choices that best corresponds to your situation.

Pleae Note: In order to avoid being charged shipping charges for your registration, please choose "Pick-up" or "Download" as the delivery method.  If you choose "Ground" shipping charges are automatically added.
